Jan Mohr Secondary School is one of the oldest and most respected secondary schools in Namibia, situated in Windhoek West in the Khomas Region.
Founded on 2 March 1962, the school was originally known as Windhoek West High School (WHHS). It was later renamed Jan Mohr Secondary School in honour of the then Director of Education, Mr J.D. Möhr. Today the school offers a full Grade 8 to 12 education under the Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate, welcoming learners of all backgrounds. Through generations, Jan Mohr has built a reputation for academic strength, sporting spirit and a strong sense of community — values captured in our motto, Altyd My Beste (Always My Best).
